Cadillac Escalade
The Cadillac Escalade is a full-size luxury sport utility vehicle (SUV) sold by the General Motors luxury brand, Cadillac. It was the division’s first major entry into the popular SUV market. The Escalade was introduced for the 1999 model year in response to German and Japanese competitors and to Ford’s 1998 release of the Lincoln Navigator. The Escalade project went into production only ten months after it was approved. The Escalade is built in Arlington, Texas. The name Escalade refers to a siege warfare tactic of scaling defensive walls or ramparts with the aid of ladders or siege towers.

Chevrolet Aveo
The Daewoo Kalos is a subcompact automobile manufactured by GM Daewoo introduced in 2002 and marketed globally in 120 countries – prominently as the Chevrolet Aveo. Marketed worldwide under five GM brands and eleven different nameplates, the Kalos vehicles have evolved through two re-stylings in the car’s first generation and have featured three body styles and five engine configurations – all built on a dedicated platform shared with no other vehicles. The two styling iterations are called T200 and T250 – deriving from the internal coding used by first Daewoo and then GM Daewoo during the car’s development.

Chevrolet Colorado
The Chevrolet Colorado and its counterpart, the GMC Canyon, are General Motors’ mid-size pickup trucks introduced in 2004 to replace the compact pickup Chevrolet S-10 and GMC Sonoma. Isuzu, which participated in the design of the truck, began selling its own version in late 2005, named the “i-Series”. The Chevrolet Colorado was jointly designed by GM’s North American operations, GM’s Brazil operations, and Isuzu, based on the GMT355, itself the basis for the GMT 345-based Hummer H3. The vehicles are manufactured and produced at a GM plant in Rayong, Thailand, and in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Dodge Nitro
The Dodge Nitro is a compact SUV from the Dodge division of Chrysler. Launched for the 2007 model year at the Chicago Auto Show, the Nitro shares its platform with the second generation Jeep Liberty. It is assembled at the Toledo North Assembly Plant in Toledo, Ohio. The Jeep facility is part of an automobile complex which includes the Toledo South Assembly Plant, home to the Jeep Wrangler since the 1940s. On November 4th, 2009, Chrysler announced the model will continue until 2011 when it will see a second generation.

The F-Series is a series of full-size pickup trucks from Ford Motor Company sold for over five decades. The most popular variant of the F-Series is the F-150. It was the best-selling vehicle in the United States for 23 years and has been the best-selling truck for 33 years, though this does not include combined sales of GM pickup trucks. Analysts estimate that the F-Series alone makes up half of the Ford Motor Company’s profits in recent years[citation needed]. In the tenth generation of the F-series, the F-250HD and F-350 changed body style and joined the Super Duty series.
